Setting up the Elf on the Shelf can be a LOT of work. Let's keep it easy by using things you already have on hand that won't take half an hour to put together!
Today I want to share an Elf set up that was a huge hit with my kids - the pooping elf!
Elf on the Shelf Pooping
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 2 minutes
What you need:
- Elf on the Shelf
- Hershey kisses
- Roll of toilet paper
What you do:
- Set a toilet paper roll on it's side (circle/opening up) wherever you want elf to be.
- Put the elf inside the tube, legs first, facing away from you.
- Lean them forward and tuck their arms into the tube to support themselves, booty up.
- Unwrap a hershey kiss and put it under it's bum.
- Optional and gross: rub a chocolate on the paper for a brown smear.
- Optional but recommended: leave a bowl of hershey kisses for the kids to find!
