Leprechaun Bait is a no-bake snack mix that’s easy to make and even more fun to eat! It’s similar to a holiday “puppy chow” but with a St. Patrick’s Day twist.

To make this magical snack mix, you’ll need:
✅ 2 cups Crispix cereal – Adds the perfect crunch!
✅ 1 cup pretzels – A salty balance to the sweetness.
✅ 1 ½ cups Lucky Charms cereal – Brings in that classic St. Patrick’s Day charm.
✅ ½ cup Lucky Charms marshmallows – Picked out for an extra magical touch!
✅ ¾ cup green M&Ms – Adds the perfect pop of festive color.
✅ 1 (11-ounce) bag white chocolate chips – The sweet coating that holds it all together.
✅ 1 tablespoon coconut oil – Helps the chocolate melt smoothly.
✅ Optional: Gold, green, or St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles for extra sparkle!
Step 1: Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the Crispix cereal, pretzels, Lucky Charms cereal, Lucky Charms marshmallows, and green M&Ms. Toss everything together to evenly distribute the ingredients.
