How to Make Easy Bunny Cookies
You only need two packs of place and bake cookie dough—one chocolate chip and one sugar cookie.
Ingredients
- 1 pack place and bake chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 pack place and bake sugar cookie dough
- Candy eyeballs or extra chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
Wash your hands. You’ll be shaping the dough with your fingers, so clean hands are a must.
Prepare the baking sheet. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
Preheat the oven. Follow the temperature instructions on the cookie dough packaging.

Shape the bunny faces. Take one cookie dough circle and lightly smush it down with your fingers to flatten it slightly.

Make the ears. Take another same-type cookie dough circle, break it in half, and roll each half into a small "worm" shape. Press them onto the top of the flattened cookie to form ears. TIP: Angle them outward slightly so they don’t merge together when baking.

Make the snout. Take a small piece of dough from the opposite flavor (sugar cookie for chocolate chip and vice versa). Roll it into a medium-sized ball and press it onto the lower half of the bunny face.
Add ear details. Take two tiny pieces of the opposite dough flavor, roll them into small worms, and press onto the bunny ears as the inner ear color.

Repeat for all cookies. Some bunnies should be sugar cookie with chocolate chip accents, while others should be chocolate chip with sugar cookie accents for a fun mix.
Bake. Follow the longest time listed on the cookie packaging, adding 1-2 extra minutes if needed since the cookies are thicker.

Decorate (optional). When the cookies come out of the oven, gently press candy eyeballs or chocolate chips onto the face for eyes.
Cool and enjoy! Let the cookies cool completely before eating.

These Bunny Cookies are easy, festive, and a guaranteed hit for Easter. There’s no messy mixing, they come together so fast, and older kids can easily help shape the bunnies.
If you're a busy mom looking for a stress-free Easter baking idea, this is it!
