looking for a low effort but super fun Halloween treat to bake? Here's how to make a Halloween cookie pizza - from place and bake dough!
It's no secret that I love a place and bake cookie. I'm a bit "famous" (or, infamous) around here for my place and bake cookie cakes, but this year I decided to mix it up and make a cookie pizza instead.
This recipe is so easy and since it's just one cookie high, bakes as quickly as regular ready to bake cookie dough.

The real fun comes from the decorating. I actually chose bright red icing for the "sauce" (hello, Red40) but orange or black would be fun, too.
Then, pile on the toppings. Use anything you like, as long as it's small enough to be manageable (nothing you need to bite in hal, if so, chop it first).
What a fun way to use up extra halloween candy, too!

Halloween Cookie Pizza
Here's how easy it is to make this place n bake cookie pizza!
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of ready to bake Halloween cookie dough
- Frosting in color of choice
- Toppings like: Reeses pieces, candy corn, candy eyeballs, Halloweeb sprinkles
You will also need a baking sheet large enough for your desired finish shape.

Steps to make:
STEP 1: Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 350 and pull out your large baking sheet. You do not need to line or spray the pan!
STEP 2: Lay out the dough
Lay out your dough on your cookie sheet. You want the cookies to be close enough together to expand into one big cooke - ideally less than 1" apart in all directions.
Lay them out in a circular shape, alternating the designs for a balanced look.

STEP 3: Bake
Bake according to the normal directions on your pack of dough. I prefer to set for the lowest time in the time range for a softer cookie.
Let cool completely on the pan.

STEP 4: Frost
Apply your frosting thick, leaving a border of "crust" around the outside edges.

STEP 5: Add toppings
Add your toppings! This could be candy corn, reeses pieces, candy eyeballs, or sprinkles. Spread them out evenly so everyone gets some of everything in each bite!

To serve, use a pizza cutter to slice into wedges, like a pizza.

Enjoy and have a Happy Halloween!
