How to Make Bunny Rolls for Easter
These bunny buns are SO EASY to make using frozen roll dough!
Ingredients
- 24 frozen Parkerhouse-style rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions
- Thaw the rolls. Lay the frozen rolls on a baking sheet and let them thaw at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Shape the bunny ears. Take one thawed roll, cut it in half, and roll each half into a thin oval shape. Press the two ovals onto another full-size roll to form bunny ears.
- Repeat the process. Do this for all 24 rolls to create 12 bunny heads.
- Brush with butter. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brush it over the rolls.
- Let them rise. Cover with a clean towel and let rise for 2-3 hours until doubled in size.
- Bake. Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake for 10-14 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm. Let cool slightly, but let’s be real—they are best fresh out of the oven!

These Bunny Rolls are just the right mix of festive, fun, and easy. They take a little time to rise, but the hands-on effort is minimal.

If you're looking for a potluck-friendly dish or just a way to make Easter dinner extra special, these rolls are a must-try.
